The Phonics Doctor's Intensive Reading Program provides direct phonological awareness and phonics instruction to scholars from 1st - 6th grade. With research based hands-on, audio, and visual strategies, students learn to read within 90 days. In our unique program, students will engage in strategic reading strategies that help students problem-solve unknown words in textual context without assistance from others. This program will: Strengthen foundational and advanced phonics concepts aligned to the phonics curriculm Allow students to understand how Boost confidence, study habits, and academic independence during the school year With a balance of fun, structure, and academic rigor, your child will be ready to read within 90 Days Program Dates: September 9th - December 17th Tutorial Program Days: Tuesday and Thursday Grades: Kindergarten - 6th Graders Virtual Diagnostic Testing Days- Month of August Program Official Start Date Tuesday, September 9th Registration Cost: $250 Registration (Diagnostic Assessment and Materials/Supplies Fee) - $250 Monthly Payment - $215 What is Included? 2 Interactive Sessions per week that are 40 minutes long Small Group Targeted Instruction Hands-on Daily Google Classroom take-home assignments Snack/Drink K Tutoring Notebook/Workbook Steps for Success: Register using THIS FORM PAY DEPOSIT $250 Schedule Virtual Diagnostic Assessment Sign Up for Remind and Google Classroom Based on Grade Level

Summer STEM Tutoring Program Policy Program Dates: June 22nd – July 31st, 2025 Welcome to the Bridging the Gap: Summer STEM Tutoring Program! To ensure a smooth and effective experience for all families, please review the following policies: 1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable All payments for the Summer STEM Tutoring Program are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once registration and payment are complete, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions, withdrawals, or schedule changes. Sessions cannot be transferred to another student, program, or future tutoring period. 2. Program Timeframe All tutoring sessions must be completed between June 22nd and July 31st, 2025. Unused sessions will not roll over beyond this date. 3. Scheduling & Attendance A consistent schedule will be created upon registration. Please make every effort to attend all scheduled sessions. While occasional rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice and tutor availability, makeups are not guaranteed. 4. Commitment to Learning Students are expected to attend sessions on time, with necessary materials, and be prepared to engage in a focused learning environment. Parents/guardians are encouraged to support learning outside of sessions to maximize student growth. By registering for the Summer STEM Tutoring Program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
