K Tutoring Services presents Bridging the Gap: Summer STEM Program For Rising 3rd- 5th Graders June 16th - July 2nd | Tuesdays & Thursdays | Purpose: Our summer program is designed to bridge academic gaps while building skills for the upcoming school year. Students will strengthen their math and reading abilities while engaging in fun, inquiry-based STEM activities. Cancellation Policy

Summer STEM Tutoring Program Policy Program Dates: June 16th - July 9th Welcome to the Bridging the Gap: Summer STEM Tutoring Program! To ensure a smooth and effective experience for all families, please review the following policies: 1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable All payments for the Summer STEM Tutoring Program are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once registration and payment are complete, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions, withdrawals, or schedule changes. Sessions cannot be transferred to another student, program, or future tutoring period. 2. Program Timeframe All tutoring sessions must be completed between June 16th and July 9th, 2025. Unused sessions will not roll over beyond this date. 3. Scheduling & Attendance A consistent schedule will be created upon registration. Please make every effort to attend all scheduled sessions. While occasional rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice and tutor availability, makeups are not guaranteed. 4. Commitment to Learning Students are expected to attend sessions on time, with necessary materials, and be prepared to engage in a focused learning environment. Parents/guardians are encouraged to support learning outside of sessions to maximize student growth. By registering for the Summer STEM Tutoring Program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
