Service Description
The 7th Grade Math Minds Intensive Bootcamp is designed to strengthen students' mathematical foundation while building confidence and problem-solving skills. Our goal is to help students close learning gaps, strengthen mathematical reasoning, and develop the critical thinking skills needed for long-term academic success. This intensive program provides targeted instruction on essential math concepts from previous grades while preparing students for upcoming grade-level expectations. Students will engage in hands-on learning experiences, collaborative discussions, and research-based instructional strategies that promote deep understanding rather than memorization. Through engaging lessons and individualized support, students will: -Strengthen foundational math skills. -Increase mathematical reasoning and critical thinking. -Develop effective problem-solving strategies. -Build confidence and perseverance when solving challenging problems. -Receive instruction using research-based, proven teaching methods. -Gain the tools needed to be successful in the upcoming school year. Program Tuition Registration Fee: $150 Early Bird Registration: $75 (Limited Time) Monthly Tuition: $175 – In-Person $150 – Virtual Steps for Success 1. Register using the Google Docs form and Paying the Registration Fee 2. Complete Parent Meeting to review expectations, policies, and procedures (sign tutoring contract) 3. Complete 1st Session (Diagnostic Assessment, Student Survey, and Student Orientation) 4. Complete Sessions and complete Any assigned practice problems

Our Mission K Tutoring Services is a premier mathematics tutoring company serving students in Grades 3–8. Our mission is to bridge the gap between schools, families, and the community by providing individualized, research-based mathematics instruction that develops conceptual understanding, problem-solving abilities, and mathematical confidence. We believe every child can succeed when provided with intentional instruction, meaningful relationships, and high expectations. Every tutoring session is intentionally designed to: • Build conceptual understanding before memorization • Strengthen mathematical reasoning • Increase student confidence • Develop independent problem-solvers • Foster a growth mindset • Prepare students for classroom success and beyond Our Commitment Every student receives an individualized learning experience based upon: Diagnostic Assessments Learning Style Inventory Parent Interview Student Interest Survey Academic Data Review Progress Monitoring Instruction is customized to meet each scholar's specific academic needs while encouraging deeper mathematical thinking. Statement of Partnership Student success requires a collaborative commitment between K-Tutoring Services, the parent, and the scholar. By enrolling in our program, all parties agree to actively participate in maintaining a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment. Tuition & Payment Policy 1. Tuition is paid through the K-Tutoring Services online subscription portal. 2.Payments are due prior to services being rendered. Failure to maintain current tuition may result in a temporary suspension of services until the account is brought current. Late Payment Policy Payments not received by the 3rd day of each month at 11:59 PM (EST) will incur a $15 daily late fee. Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to communicate with us before the payment deadline. Open communication allows us to discuss possible accommodations whenever appropriate.
